TERMS OF USE

Introduction:

You will be able to access most parts of this website without registering your details with us. A purchase can be made once you register your details such as Name, email ID, phone number and address which is essential for us to service your order.


Placing an Order:

You will be able to place an order with us by ordering via our secure online checkout flow. We will send you the order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that we reserve the right to brand our products.

We may refuse to accept an order under the following circumstances:

  1. a.) Where the products ordered are not available or defective
  2. b.) If we did not obtain authorization for your payment from the payment gateway
  3. c.) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
  4. d.) If the order is to be delivered to a pin code or location where our courier partners are unable to service.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Your order is not accepted until we send you shipping information for the order (or the accepted portion thereof). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that, if we cancel all or a portion of your order or if we provide you less than the quantity you ordered, we will issue a credit to your bank account or store wallet in the form of coupon or cash for the amount charged for the cancelled portion or the quantity not provided.


Pricing:

All prices shown in the product pages exclude GST at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of GST, however we shall show GST separately and include it in the total price at the checkout page.  We charge separately for order logistics and other relevant charges such as COD or Gift-wrap charges, the appropriate rates are set out in the specified pricing structure shown on the checkout page. 


Delivery:

We have tied up with several reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep within 4 -10 business days depending on where you live. All orders come in fully sealed packages to make sure that the products reach you in perfect condition.

We will initiate the shipment of your products within 24 -48 hours of receiving the order under most circumstances. Our regular working hours are Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these hours. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or other regional and national holidays. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the specified timeline, on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot always guarantee delivery in the said time, or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeline.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you have provided as the delivery address when you place the order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we shall not be liable for any items which may have not been received by you. Our courier partner will attempt the delivery 3 times and a call will be made to the registered phone number and you can let the delivery executive know a convenient time to deliver your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address at the time of placing your order.


International delivery:

International delivery is available for our products, and we request you to check with us through E-mail or the Contact Us form before placing an order. Delivery costs are calculated according to the product quantity and weight, as well as the country it is being shipped to. Please note that the cost of logistics for the order as well as returns or replacements (if required) will be separate and is to be borne by you, and does not follow the same policy for free shipments (when applicable) which we offer to our customers within India.


Tracking your order:

We provide a tracking number on dispatch of your order so that you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also use the ‘Track my Shipment’ option on the website to check the status of your order once it has been shipped. If any issues arise with regards to your shipment, please contact us, so that we can assist you.


Order Cancellation:

In case you wish to cancel the order you have placed, you can cancel it within 24 hours from placing the order. The cancellation can be made by logging into your account on our website and cancelling the order or contacting us at hello@tailorandcircus.com and indicating the order number along with the reason for cancellation. Your payment amount, if any, shall be transferred to the original mode of payment used while placing the order within 4-5 working days. If an order cancellation is required after the product is shipped, we will provide a refund after we receive your package from the courier partners at the facility.


Returns, replacements and refunds:

Tailor and Circus shall provide a replacement in case of a size or style issue or a refund for your first pair under the 100% satisfaction guarantee within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that this satisfaction guarantee only applies to your first single pair (1 piece) of Underwear or Bralette. Additional items that are tried on, worn or washed will not be covered by this returns policy.

For all subsequent underwear purchases, Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product being delivered and only if the products are unopened, unwashed, not tried on, and in their original condition with packaging intact. After the products are returned and received at the facility and the products pass the quality check, the replacement package containing the replacement products will be shipped. This is will be applicable to all of our products.

In the event of replacement or return pickups, in cases that the delivery or pickup address pin code is not serviceable, you will need to arrange the products to be sent back to us at your own cost. Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items. In case the delivery is not executed during all the course of attempts made by the delivery executive, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall bear the additional shipping cost of the order for the new shipment both ways (forward and return shipping charges).

Return for replacement - To get a replacement or return an item, email us your Order Number and the reason for replacement or return. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, we will be initiate a reverse pickup for the products from your address. We will then arrange for the replacement of the desired items. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product being delivered and only if the products are unopened, unwashed, not tried on, and in their original condition with packaging intact. After the products are returned and received at the facility and the products pass the quality check, the replacement package containing the replacement products will be shipped.

Return for refund - In the case that you are not happy with the product and wish to return the product(s) for a refund, please send us an email to hello@tailorandcircus.com mentioning your order number and reason for return. Returns are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the product if they are not tried on, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them with packaging intact. We will initiate a reverse pickup for the products that are needed to be returned, and after the products are received at the facility and the products pass the Quality Check, we will be initiating a refund for the products received.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return / refund of item is made within the stipulated time frame of 7 days of receiving the products, except for availing a free replacement under the 100% satisfaction guarantee, where the time frame is 15 days. No returns, replacements or refunds will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.


Events beyond our Control:

Tailor and Circus cannot be held liable for any failure to deliver products, or any delay delivery or for any damaged or defective products delivered that is caused due to any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation to strikes, lockdowns and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, floods, fire, explosion or accident and bad climate or weather. However, if such circumstances arise, do contact us and we will do our best to rectify the issue for you.
