How can I find my shipment status or track my order?
Once an order has been placed on the website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with the items you ordered and the Order ID. We ship out the products from our factory located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu within 24 - 48 hours on receiving your order. Once we ship your package through our courier partners, you will receive an email which has the tracking ID along with a link to track your order, which you can use to keep track of your order until it reaches you.
