I placed an order on the website and the payment was deducted from my account, but I did not receive an email confirmation. Is my order confirmed or not?
If you face any issue with payment through our website, just send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email ID you used to place the order and the payment ID of the transaction. We will check the payment status and let you know if the payment has been completed and received by us. If the payment has been received by us, we will process your order.
In case the payment has not been received by us, your money should be automatically refunded to your account through the original payment method within 4-7 working days.
